POSITION DESCRIPTION: Sales Engineer LiveAction is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to lead the technical sale of the opportunity and engage with both end customers and channel partners alike. This position requires a solid understanding of the partner landscape, their technical capabilities and business plans. This position supports accounts primarily in the EMEA and extensive travel is required. Duties: * Lead all Pre-Sales engineering efforts including customer calls, product demonstrations, and support with product evaluations. * Assist EMEA Partner Account Managers in developing theatre partners to define the customer's technical business problems. * Architect LiveAction solutions for big and small prospects that include LiveNX, LiveWire, LiveCapture, Omnipliance and more. * Define solutions and articulate the benefits of LiveAction solutions versus our competition. * Develop the proof of concept and demonstration competencies within the partners. * Support internal Engineering team by capturing customer feedback, feature requirements, support beta customer testing, and perform documentation review. * Develop and maintain positive and lasting customer relationships. * Participate in industry events/tradeshows * Work hard, have fun and be a solid team player!
