For technology vendors and service providers, Omdia drives top and bottom-line growth through improved market strategy, product investments, and go-to-market effectiveness. Role Purpose: leads the customer marketing team to deliver pipeline through customer orientated on and offline campaigns. Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability: * Leadership of the customer marketing team including the prioritization of personas and campaigns (inline with business priorities) to deliver engaging customer journeys delivering awareness and ultimately Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) * Responsibility for Omdia's data strategy to build the quality of the data within the database(s). Work with the wider Informa marketing team to utlilise and enhance Informa's data. Ensure data is continually managed and optimised * Global campaigns " engagement mechanism, content creation (incl. customer stories) to deliver net new and renewals, and relevant sales enablement. * Understand the competitive landscape and target audiences to inform activity and assessing the potential of new opportunities. * Reporting " database (# and quality metrics); campaigns MQL * Works with Omdia Research, Consultancy and Product teams to understand Omdia's products, insights and wider offer in order to map those to the customer's business challenges You will deliver: * Data strategy and implementation plan * Marketing Qualified Leads via global marketing campaigns * Reporting summaries Works with: * Global Head of Marketing " team leadership, resource and prioritisation escalation * Marketing leadership team to ensure integration of strategy * Marketing team to ensure execution integration * Global Head of Product " product development, feedback, customer insight * Analysts " ways of working and content delivery Measures of Success: * MQL delivery # and £.
