RESPONSIBILITIES: * Respond to active and passive candidate inquiries via email, telephone, or other appropriate communication vehicle as part of the recruitment life cycle. * Recruit and mine Big Boards such as but not limited too Monster, Career Builders, Govt Sites accordance with standard operating procedures to locate and qualify candidates to meet slate metrics. * Review candidates to determine match for position based on qualifications, position profile, and cultural fit with the organization whereby maintaining diversity objectives and initiatives. * Develop and execute sourcing recruitment engagements within service level agreements and timelines as well as developing, communicating and executing recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions by utilizing Boolean search techniques to source and mine candidates for hard to fill requisitions. * Document interactions including status updates with candidates in their profile in applicant tracking system. * Develop and consult with internal and external clients on recruitment strategies and techniques such as creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates. * Research, identify, and recruit candidates through the use of innovative search methods that include cold-calling, networking, deep internet sourcing, and mining. * Develop, communicate, and execute on recruitment and sourcing strategy that supports client recruitment objectives while being mindful of resource utilization. * Develop comprehensive knowledge of client's business and positions and effectively research to gain an intimate knowledge of functional markets. * Act as a subject matter expert, facilitate subject matter expertise learning and development, and mentor other Recruiters aligned to an account or account(s). * The responsibilities may include floor coaching, strategy design, and process improvement activities for the account or account(s) one supports. * Performs other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: * Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience * 1-3 years of Directly Related Experience * AIRS Certified PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: * Customer Service Exp. * Communication: Written and verbal, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills. * Project Management: Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations * Technical and business concept aptitude * Adaptability: Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes * People Leadership
