Company Description Work with a rapidly expanding global HR SaaS company that is completely transforming how companies onboard. Due to recent investments, Enboarder is seeking multiple Sales Development Representatives to join the high-performing team here in our London Fitzrovia office. Job Description * You'll be primarily responsible for building a pipeline of prospects for the Account Executives, using a number of innovative strategies * As the first point of contact at Enboarder, your goal is to impress and intrigue our prospects, enticing them to want to learn more * You'll work closely with the team to develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan * Your days and weeks will be drastically different from one another, given the varied nature of the prospects that you'll be targeting Qualifications * Self-driven, with the ability to work autonomously; support and training will be provided but this role will not suit someone who prefers a micro-management style * Experience in a target-driven Sales role is essential; exposure to B2B Sales would be highly beneficial * You must be able to think outside the box and come up with creative techniques to approach your potential customers * The ability to quickly build rapport and genuine relationships with people with a desire to truly listen and understand how you can help people * A positive and energetic approach to each day - being part of our next wave of growth in the UK, you will be largely influential in creating and driving the culture in our London hub Additional Information What we can offer you? * Competitive compensation (strong base and uncapped commission) * Huge development opportunities - this role is a starting block; we would expect to be able to promote you to Account Executive within the first 9-12 months * We offer most of the standard perks that other start-ups do (options, best tech, flexibility, social events, paid parental leave), but with fantastic global exposure * We maintain a true culture of work smart, play hard, where most of our goals are team goals.
