What Youll Be Doing A dynamic, innovative, international market leading, online retail organisation, who following a team restructure are now recruiting for a Learning & Development Design professional to be based in London and focus on the design of learning solutions. * You will be responsible for creating high quality, effective and efficient learning solutions. * You will take a training need or business problem and design evidence based, commercially driven solutions that are blended, engaging and interactive to address these needs. * Along with creating business solutions you will also be responsible for the maintenance and updating of existing learning programmes. * Creating, implementing, and delivering training programmes that drive customer experience. * Working closely with the stakeholders primarily Process Manager, Contact Centre Manager and Outsourcers to ensure a pro-active and relevant training programme is created. * Design and deliver training and development modules via various methods: 1-2-1 coaching, classroom, group training, digital e-learning, self direct learning or outsource - train the trainer. * Engaging the Customer Service team in the importance of a 'first-time resolution mentality. * Use quality data to build and maintain a training needs analysis workspace/platform. * Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organisational needs * Working within a fast paced environment during peak periods, requiring delivery of training material based on current training needs. * Manage regular reviews and evaluation of the effectiveness of all current training documents and programs. In order to be successful in your application you must be a learning & development professional and able to demonstrate end to end design and learning methodology. You will also need experience in evidence based learning interventions, the use of digital interventions and forward thinking solutions. It is desirable that you have project management experience with the ability to work cross function.
