We offer the essentials for everyday living from fashion-forward to fashion staples, skating to horse riding, dirt bikes to snowboards and everything in between. In addition to designing and making our own apparel and products, we source the very best collections from exclusive, premium brands; carefully selecting, testing, and sharing products that look fantastic and perform beautifully. We sell over 800 heritage, sporting and contemporary brands from Great Britain and around the globe; including Barbour, North Face & Osprey. What you?ll be doing: Ensures Internet Fusion Group is a great place to work by delivering our hire-to-retire key talent processes. This includes providing a top-class, proactive recruitment service to the business and engaging leaders in internal talent identification and development activities. This year IFG have developed a new people strategy. This is a new role and we need your experience and new ideas. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact. Responsibilities you'd have: + The bread-and-butter of this role will to deliver a great recruitment experience for the business and potential employees by: + Partnering with managers to write job descriptions and understand business needs + Using LinkedIn and other search mechanisms to headhunt great talent + Maintaining our job board and performs initial telephone interviews + Advising on interview format and questions + Managing relationships with external recruiters + Designs, delivers and maintains a highly engaging onboarding programme that is inspiring, informative and fun ? ensuring our new recruits reach maximum productivity as quickly as possible + Responsible for maintaining relationships with external bodies to deliver the IFG apprenticeship programme + Teams with the People and Culture Team manager to design, deliver and maintain the annual learning & development plan + Assists with delivering talent reviews and bonus calibration meetings with IFG?s leaders + Sustainability, inclusivity & wellbeing are at the core of our People & Culture offering. This role will be involved in ensuring that these fundamentals run through everything we do. + Plays an active role in key people and culture processes such as annual individual growth plans, training, learning and development etc. + Inputs into the fun stuff - key engagement activities such as staff parties and conferences. + Assists with reviewing and renewing company policies to deliver our culture and ensure legal compliance. Helps with grievance, disciplinary and redundancy meetings. + Helps deliver the People and Culture basics at peak times. Key skills you need to have: + Great IT skills ? familiar with payroll software, competent with spreadsheets and easily picks up new software. + Organised, self-starter with excellent attention to detail + Passionate learner who is always striving to improve processes and productivity of the department by seeking feedback and seeking new ideas / approaches + Handles personal data and information in a professional manner + Communicates in a clear and engaging way that influences others, taking time to understand key stakeholders preferred approach and needs + Handles difficult situations calmly and contributes to finding a way forward + Shows sensitivity and respect to others + Accurately retrieve and collate data to inform decisions + Engages with customers to understand their needs and improve their experiences What's in it for you?
