Our client is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist in the oil and gas industry or a similar field.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems and other learning technologies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular assessments to identify learning and development needs within the organization.
Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand specific skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
Design and develop comprehensive learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and other training materials.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees at various levels.
Stay abreast of learning technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of training programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators.
