Job Description

This is an exciting time to join Camden and Islington mental health Foundation Trust as we expand our services and redefine our operating models. We are seeking an exceptional Resourcing and HR Operations manager to join us on our journey to make a real impact within the HR & OD directorate. Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR & OD you will provide strong leadership to the Resourcing HR Operations functions with a view to continuously improve staff experience whilst contributing to high quality care, supporting our ambition to be an employer of choice. Our cultural pillars are at the heart of everything we do and we are looking for a dynamic person who wants to make a real and positive impact on the organisation; importantly you will be able to exemplify the behaviours that we want to see in our Trust. This is a pivotal role in the team, and the successful applicant will play a key role in the strategic development of the resourcing and HR Operations function and have a proven track record of delivering innovative and effective resourcing solutions, leading a team and building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. We looking for a self-motivated individual with drive and a pro-active approach who is a collaborative leader with excellent people and communication skills.
