Description We have a team of skilled recruiters that partner closely with their internal stakeholders and are obsessed about giving candidates a great experience, and we're looking for a recruiting leader to help take this to the next level. We would like to hire someone that can help us lead the team, and exceed our current hiring results, help create the strategy for technology hiring at Vodafone, and ensure effective delivery of this plan. With us you will... -Build the strategic resourcing plan for the function by partnering with the business and HRBP teams and the management of plan delivery through resourcing teams in VGS and local market delivering through set KPIs -Collective relationship management of Group Supplier's covering Future Step and Allegis -Management of In house recruitment and admin team on developing internal resourcing strategy for the functional talent and skills pipelining - approach and execution for the function -Responsible for managing the day to day delivery of the resourcing service to the business leadership and HR business partners against KPI and project deliverables to the functional resourcing plan -Accountable for the consolidated functional resourcing reporting, including analysis on performance against KPI and insights to shape further resourcing strategy.
