About the job: The Carlton Tower Jumeirah has an exciting opportunity for a talented Resourcing Administrator to perform their craft in our luxurious hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of the role are: * Support with the implementation of the recruitment strategy and process to ensure the hotel attracts the best talent. * Support the management of our recruitment ATS system and advertising channels * Undertake screening and initial interviewing for candidates * Undertake recruitment administration including issuing offer letters and contracts, declining candidates, referencing checks * Work alongside Director of Talent to create attractive, innovative & competitive internal & external campaigns. * Ensures the sourcing tools used continue to attract the best talent * Work closely with Learning and Development to continuously focus on growing the talent About you: The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills: * Resourcing experience * Have a passion for leisure, service and the ability to innovate, ideally with a proven track record within 5 star luxury hotels * Be commercially focused * Be a self-motivator and someone who is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement * Have an outgoing and assertive personality * Excellent level of English * Be friendly, approachable and professional About the benefits: Besides generous F&B benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers with one of the most luxurious brands in the hospitality industry.
