Successful applicants will be a part of a growing agency and our dedicated team of consultant have in-depth experience within healthcare. You will be working within a team of compliance officers and Recruitment Consultants conducting compliance activities and to make sure candidates are working to a high standard. Responsibilities: Pre-screen candidates to ensure only suitable applicants are invited to interview, ensuring that application packs are sent out and interviews are booked Ensure sufficient advertisements are placed to enable a constant stream of external applications for agency roles Track and manage all new applications to ensure no potential registrations are missed Book training for candidates Escalate all compliance issues immediately to senior managers To help ensure all office compliance systems are kept up to date and regularly reviewed To ensure all working candidates are fully referenced, specific to contractual requirements for each managed vendor. Ensuring all working candidates are eligible to work in the UK, regularly liaising with the UK Border Agency To ensure all working candidates retain required registrations with appropriate regulatory bodies Making sure all documents are up to date for upcoming audits when necessary. Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:30pm) Salary: £17,000 - £23,000 Essential: 1 year experience in Compliance Accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional telephone manner Initiative, judgement and discretion Accountability Ability to work to deadlines Well organised with the ability to multi-task Professional and flexible attitude Ability to identify the steps to be taken to achieve solutions. Team Player Ability to influence others. Strong IT Skills
