The B&S Group is a privately-owned pharmaceutical company which manufactures and distributes pharmaceutical and healthcare products to the UK market. Established in 1999 we offer a wide range of products and services which includes specials, generic drugs, branded medicines, parallel trade and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines. Having undergone two acquisitions since 2010, we are continuing to strengthen and grow. The Talent & Resourcing Officer at B&S group will be part of a fast-paced, highly motivated team of HR professionals focused on bringing in the highest level of talent to help drive the business forward while delivering a best in class candidate experience. The in-house recruiter will be a strategic talent officer to partner with the clinical side of the business dealing with the end to end hiring process. The primary focus will be to: Partner with our business unit heads to understand and help deliver their hiring plans. Build a culture of proactive recruitment that anticipates and secures a pipeline of external talent with budgeted forward-looking workforce plans Coaching and guiding hiring managers on recruitment related policies, processes and best practice skills Become a trusted brand ambassador internally and externally Proactively identify and attract top talent (whether through Headhunting, Networking, job fairs/career events) Ensure that all candidates experience a positive recruitment process reflective of our brand Utilize a variety of recruitment channels to find the right talent, with a focus on quality, speed and cost Conduct on-going market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required Produce value add MI data demonstrating value add resourcing Oversee Right to Work procedures and compliance checks Be the point of contact and enabler for the Apprenticeship Scheme What we are looking for: Extensive experience of hiring a variety of roles within the Pharmaceutical market. Have a passion for challenging the norm and finding better ways of doing things Demonstrable record of agile delivery within privately owned medium sized businesses (that are fast moving and can change quickly) An understanding of pharmaceutical supplier services Candidate centric approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms and recruitment systems Strong recruitment knowledge from either agency or in house gained within a fast-paced multi-site environment Expertise in stakeholder management and negotiating Excellent verbal and written communication skills You should be resilient and self-confident with the ability to think on your feet while under pressure Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage and handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature, whilst ensuring a professional level of tact with all levels of management Full Clean driving license is essential What does Success Look Like? · Having a great candidate experience for new hires to B&S · High levels of hiring manager satisfaction · Improve the perception of B&S in the external market including online · Meeting the talent needs of the business in a timely manner · Looking ahead with key business stakeholders – creating strong talent pipelines for medium and longer-term growth
