LD SUPPORT WORKERS (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) * EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A NEW CAREER IN BORDON / LINDFORD - EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. * DAY SHIFTS - 36 OR 42 HOURS AVAILABLE * PERMANENT POSITIONS * PAY RATE £9.01 PER HOUR * TRAINING PROVIDED AND PAID FOR NVQ AULIFICATIONS * GREAT CAREER PROSPECTS WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR OUR CLIENTS WITH HIGHLY RATED, LEARNING DIFFICULTIES RESIDENTIAL HOMES FOR YOUNG ADULTS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES REQUIREMENTS IN BORDON. CANDIDATES IDEALLY WOULD BE NEW CAREER SEEKERS LOOKING TO MOVE INTO THIS CAREER OR CARE ASSISTANTS LOOKING TO MOVE INTO LEARNING DIFFICULTIES SUPPORT WORK. GREAT BASIC RATE FOR A NEW CAREER STARTERS AND EXCELLENT OVERTIMEOPPORTUNITIES MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO AND FROM THE BORDON/LINDFORD. AREA CAR DRIVERS USEFUL BUT NO ESSENTIAL. About the company: This client unit is designed for adults with autism and learning disabilities who have various levels of needs. A purpose-built accommodation that helps people with learning disabilities to live with as much independence and autonomy as possible. Gardens and communal space and good use of local facilities is within this location. Support workers are committed to enabling the people they support to live the lives they want; lives which are fulfilling, meaningful and happy. This could be day to day support including medicine, community help like shopping, activities like cinema or working alongside them in the communal areas. Other areas can involve cooking, assisting living which will include personal care and dealing with challenging behaviour and nonverbal communication. What is the job? A Support worker is essential to work every day to help all residents live a dignified and meaningful life. The job requires the highest of standards, bags of passion while always considering the resident's choices, their views and respecting their independence. What we are looking for? For this role our client is now commencing a commitment to provide full training with opportunities to access NVQ training which can be supported to begin to progress your career as a Support Worker. Being a Support Worker can act as a springboard to many different opportunities in the future.
