Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Neighbourhood Development Manager within the Community Services Directorate, primarily based within the Mendips / Frome area of Somerset. This is an exciting new role and the new post holder will work closely with our Primary Care colleagues across Somerset. This role will be critical in the delivery of integrated services within a defined area of Somerset whilst having responsibility for their Neighbourhood Service Managers. The post holder will work very closely with the Director and Deputy Director of Community Services. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of working within community services and exhibit strong leadership skills including influencing and negotiating with a strong sense of collaborative working. This role will be pivotal to the success of a new way of working with our colleagues in both Primary Care and within our Neighbourhood Teams.
