Job Description
As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer you will provide a proactive and customer focused housing management service across a designated area, to ensure that our local authority client is able to fulfil their legal and contractual obligations to tenants and leaseholders. You will be required to act as a regular and visible presence on estates, taking action to make sure estates are safe and well maintained. You will provide advice, information and reports on any housing management matter and work to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills. You will need to have worked in this kind of role previously, allowing you to have gained a good insight to the problems that arise and also allowing you to use your knowledge and experience to make informed decisions. The role is based in South West London and will pay £22.76/hr (umbrella).
