Neighbourhood Officer Are you an experienced Neighbourhood Officer or have experience within the Housing Sector and now looking for your next role? Future Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic Neighbourhood Officer to join a friendly and professional team to successfully manage a designated area. As a Neighbourhood Officer, you will create safer communities by providing customers with a high quality housing management service, dealing in all aspects of tenancy management and preventing and tackling Anti-Social Behaviour. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and support residents Inspect estates and communal areas and take action to deal with any issues Ensuring any complaints are escalated and dealt with efficiently and professionally Act as a legal representative should the need of legal action against tenants is taken Work with partners to provide a community based service Complying with GDPR, health and safety requirements and company regulations Key Skills: Housing sector experience Excellent communication both written and verbally Experience in dealing with customers Customer focused approach Ability to work in a team as well as individually to meet deadlines Fully IT proficient Salary - £26,470 Hours - 35 hours per week 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch.
