Job Description

We are looking for two professional and committed neighbourhood officers (12 month contract) who can provide an effective, flexible landlord service to our customers. To thrive in this role, you need to be focused, organised and confident in managing stakeholder relationships alongside excellent administrative skills with the ability to prioritise work. You will be advising people and resolving complex issues so you will have experience in dispute resolution along with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with an ability to think creatively. About You: * Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent to include English. * Knowledge of the housing sector and current housing issues * Will demonstrate resilience whilst effectively communicating with customers * To provide creative solutions to challenging situations * Experience of challenging and emotive situations and applying empathy * Problem solving skills, working under pressure and taking initiative About Us: Aster Group provides safety and security through our reliable landlord and independent living services and we supply a wide range of housing options in response to the housing crisis.
