Your Opportunity The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for new prospects. This role includes prospecting, lead management, qualification, and follow-up and is critical to Hitachi Vantara's sales pipeline. Primary Job Responsibilities: * Attain a monthly quota of Sales Accepted Leads * Qualify inbound leads: identify key decision makers, business pain points, relevant projects, budget, and purchase timeframes * Juggle multiple priorities: manage pipeline of new leads while prospecting into target accounts, working to revive lost opportunities, and persistently following up on older leads * Work closely with assigned Sales Rep(s) to build and execute territory plan and grow pipeline for that region * Record all activities in Salesforce.com, and create Salesforce reports and views to organize and manage leads and opportunities We-d love to hear from you if you have experience in inside sales, sales development, or lead generation. We need people with strong sales and presentation skills, good self-motivation; and ability to multi-task. Also if you have experience calling warm and cold prospects in a business-to-business environment and the ability to understand and articulate software solutions to a technical audience Also if you speak French, German or Spanish please get in touch!
