Role Purpose * Support delivery of the customer proposition, ensuring the proposition delivers against customer need and is commercially viable. Key Responsibilities * Support E2E delivery of the proposition, working with all workstream leads including target market, product, brand, business case, digital app, journey and distribution. * Support delivery against key milestones for each workstream, working closely with workstream leads to understand and shape individual parts of the proposition, whilst in parallel ensuring alignment across workstreams back into the proposition. * Input into broader programme decisions, acting as the customer voice to protect the proposition, highlighting considerations and challenging impacts. * Develop the next level of detail on the MVP, supporting with the identification of exception scenarios and clarifying online and offline journeys. * Identify and solve outstanding decisions, considering a range of solutions and applying judgement on a recommended way forward. * Work through the delivery implications of the MVP, prioritising key features based on customer needs and the business case. * Understand customer needs and drivers through customer research and represent them during the design process of the proposition. Essential Skills & Experience * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital design, proposition development or delivery role. * A customer centric outlook and passionate about the customer experience. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a willingness to collaborate with teams across different areas of the business. Desirable Skills & Experience * Experience of business analysis. * Good technical understanding of digital delivery. * Some experience of Financial Services would be useful but is not essential.
