ABOUT THE TEAM The Leadership Team provides Revolut with the vision, the drive, and the direction to continue its rapid growth and development into a major international finance business. From risk, to finance, to people, the leadership team is our C-suite level grouping that sets the tone and agenda for all areas of the business and is comprised of some of the brightest and most successful people in the business. WHAT WE NEED We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to join Revolut to help facilitate us taking our retail and business product to the next level. This role will serve as the functional head of our product function across the company. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Hiring great product owners at scale Ensuring all our retail and business products are implementing our latest standards across the organisation Understanding user behaviour, and market trends, and aligning all product owners on these Managing the performance of all product owners Ensuring that our product becomes industry leading WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED 10+ years experience as product owner (individual contributor) 3+ years experience as head of product (leading multiple product teams) 5+ years start-up experience A never ending drive to make products better A LITTLE ABOUT US We believe that there are better ways for people to control their money.
