Job Description As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) you will develop and drive key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for the UK&I. You will be adept at achieving annual growth targets, expertly managing talented Sales teams, delivering key feeder development plans, and have your finger on the pulse of industry trends. It is through the execution of these strategies that you will play a key role in achieving IQ-EQ growth targets, in the UK&I cluster and throughout the Group. In this transversal Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) role, you will work closely with the Managing Director, Head of United Kingdom & Ireland ('MD UKI') and the Group Chief Commercial Officer ('GCCO') and will lead the business development team to achieve revenue growth in-line with growth targets. You will also work collaboratively in full synergy with the Group Segment Leaders. Truly living our values, you will strive to be authentic, bold, and collaborative in all transactions. We will be looking to you to help develop relationships with prospects and key clients, and to maximise new business development opportunities as we continue on our journey of growth and change. We want you to use your experience and market knowledge to feedback to our Group Management Board on generating product development ideas, developing competitive offerings, and identifying prospect needs.
