Rainmaking Venture Studio (RVS) is partnering with a global supplier of precious metals and resources to change the way people buy and think about owning jewellery. This Venture will create a direct-to-consumer, digital-first, jewellery investment brand, allowing customers to: buy transparently priced jewellery, with minimal mark-ups over true precious metal and gem values. In so doing, we will make the process of unlocking jewellery value fairer and easier. We're looking for an exceptional CEO who will work in partnership with a CTO to set the vision for the company and define the overall strategy from launch to scale; including long-term goals. Drive growth, profitability and company value As the venture is still in its inception it will be your decisions that pave the way to its eventual success. Requirements * Firstly, youre motivated to join an early stage startup and love building a business from the ground up, ideally you'll have done this before. * Strong understanding of ecommerce, supplychains, and marketplaces. * A self starter, you are a problem solver and motivated by success and are good humoured when the pressure is on * Experience working in a corporate environment or closely with corporate partners * Entrepreneurial mindset with extraordinary communication skills, able to drive the business while keeping alignment with stakeholders * Eagerness to learn more about the position
