Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Required Qualification: Must have at least UK equivalent Bachelor degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering. MBA or other relevant graduate degree will be an advantage.

Required Language: Must be Fluent in English (written and spoken). Russian and Thai Language.

CellCap Service LTD are an extremely competitive administrative services with worldwide based clients. We specialize in QuickBooks and other administrative platforms. We are a growing team based in Waterloo Station.

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide technical leadership in all aspects of the business. With the intentions of excelling further, we are looking for a competent professional who could play a key role in the IT section of the business.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in leadership and software development

Your Role and Responsibilities:

●       Develop technical strategy of the company; develop in consultation with other senior management the IT strategy of the company, directs the implementation of IT strategy, infrastructure, procurement, procedures and standards.

●       Leading the IT department; consider the required IT staffing levels, overseas recruitment and appointment of staff and directs training policy.

●       Management and planning; develops the periodic business plan and operational budget for IT to deliver agreed service levels.

●       Communicate technology strategies to the team; prioritize and schedule major IT projects; ensures that new technologies are researched and evaluated in the light of the organization’s broad requirements.

Essential knowledge, skills and experience

●     Experience in software development and leadership (4+ years of relevant projects);

●     Experience as a CTO or similar leadership role;

●     At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus;

●     Experience with software for marketing and advertising platforms

●     Ability to supervise system administration

●     Experience of working in a highly regulated environment
