aps, recently recognised as one of the UKs Best Workplaces in 2020, is a successful, diverse and well-established live events and media production company located in the grounds of Abney Park, Cheadle. We specialise in the production of global events virtual and live - and creating exciting and innovative digital media within the healthcare industry. Due to expansion, we're looking for a Digital and Web Projects Coordinator to join our busy Media team. You will be responsible for the efficient day to day running of digital and web projects through our studio and third party suppliers. In this critical role and as part of a wider operations team, you will have responsibility for liaising with internal project and media teams for any new digital enquiries, and will produce project estimates (with creative/technical input if required). Based on agreed production schedules you will then facilitate briefing and the resources required to deliver projects, ensuring that production processes are adhered to. Demonstrating a keen interest in digital projects and with some technical knowledge, you will be expected to be self-motivated to scope, understand and monitor the development process from design stage through to delivery. Requirements What will you be doing? Day to day management of digital projects through the studio Management of internal and third party resource according to schedules Internal team communication Project estimates, with input from technical team as needed Scheduling and timeline management Following and contributing to production process & systems management Requirements Some experience of similar role or administration of projects within a digital agency setting, or demonstrable experience of working in/with digital and development teams.
