As a Digital Workplace Associate Business Analyst, you will focus on supporting the design, deployment and embedding of Workplace solutions that allows employees to work anywhere, anytime, from any device. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? As a Digital Workplace Associate Business Analyst, you will be responsible for getting to know our European business and helping to shape solutions to support their technology gaps. You'll be involved in the design, development and implementation of technology solutions throughout the business case and development life cycle process. To succeed in this Associate Business System Analysts role, you will need to be curious and have a willingness to learn about a wide range of Digital Workplace of technologies. You will be detailed minded, good at analysing data and be a great people person. The role includes but is not limited to: + Gather key business requirements to implement effective technology solutions to enable digital collaboration and communication across the organization regardless of where someone works + Work in partnership with the global team to ensure solutions adhere to global standards + Document business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of Workplace technology solutions. + Get involved with system integration testing and coordinating user acceptance testing + Ensuring that new products/ projects implemented are transitioned to sustainment successfully. + Keeps ahead of technology by investing time in research and analysis of Digital Workplace trends and third Party products that may have business value to the company + Assisting with helping to embed solutions that are implemented by the team across KEU, including creation of materials and delivery of training and end user communication. WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE? At Kellogg Company, we recruit the best people to help grow our business and build on our success. To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following: Required: + Experience of supporting an end user computing environment + Previous involvement in end user computing initiatives e.g Laptop rollout + Microsoft O365 technology portfolio experience and using it to drive business productivity improvements + Evidence of showing the ability to communicate effectively, and develop relationships with business or technical leaders + Technical working experience of a broad range of Windows and device technologies + A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations + Experience working in a matrix environment and delivering results through influence + ITIL knowledge + A passion for excellence and attention to detail Preferred: + Experience in video conferencing solutions and integration to AV solutions, including meeting room solutions + Experience with unified communications at design and deploy levels + Experience with global product launches or training programs + Excellent communication skills, proficiency in leading meetings and delivering effective presentations + Ability to work with minimal direction, confidently guiding individuals and teams + Self-driven and results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and organisational advancement WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
