Requirements An integral part of the Ingenuity Solution is the performance of the eCommerce sites we produce and operate for our clients. In order to achieve maximum performance we are looking for a number of Client Marketing Managers to produce and execute Digital Marketing Strategies for some of the best loved brands in the world. Main responsibilities will be: * Managing clients relating to marketing. Representing all marketing channels as the key conduit. Leading or looped in channel experts as required * Managing channel performance KPIs, ensure channels know targets, and are performing as required * Working with trading lead to establish the calendar, and how marketing budgets & campaigns are aligned to support & execute * Prioritise channel action plans relating to your client, including setting of timelines & deadlines as appropriate * Project management relating to marketing & creative for clients. * Market insight and trends for the vertical * Produce material relating campaigns, launches, decks, QBRs * Creative management - Ensure assets are available to channels for launches, merchandising imagery, events, marketing assets. * Set & manage budgets with channel leads, continuously optimising & altering plan as data indicates * New opportunities - Find and deliver from media partners, as well as expanding THG marketing services offerring * Manage & grow customer loyalty for clientss - covering referrals, retention, advocacy & CLV optimisation strategies * Identify & set key Initiatives for marketing improvements for clients * Brief plans, targets, weekly updates, monthly updates * Ensure data science reports built & work. Breif DS team in for specific work & requirements * Lead on the weekly & monthly reporting that is provided to the client * Own the full customer cycle for the client, covering awareness, consideration, acquisition, engagement, retention. You are the owner & representative of the customer * Lead all marketing requirements for QBR * Attend calls & meetings with client media partners * Plan for seasonal activations & new product launches * Work with channel leads on relationships with media partners i.e. Google research & data insight for beauty in the US * Identify opportunities to sell THG based media into clients * Act as the marketing lead for all technical requirements that are associated with marketing i.e. tags, analytics, Infosec * Work within the THG Group to continuously discover & deploy new ideas and initiatives * Identify & optimise online customer journeys through the website, focusing on increase conversion funnels * Work with client product teams to understand product positioning & target audiences. Feeding back into channel teams to refine plans.
