Job Summary As our Digital Workplace Business Analyst, you will be part of our dynamic, progressive team of IT professionals in an environment where you can learn and grow, and create innovative technology solutions to help our business flourish. They design, develop and deliver solutions that enable employees to work efficiently and effectively leveraging easy to use unified communication and collaboration technology. As a Digital Workplace Business Analyst, you will focus on supporting the design, deployment and embedding of Workplace solutions that allows employees to work anywhere, anytime, from any device. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? As a Workplace Business Analyst, you will be responsible for getting to know our European business, understand their technology gaps and translating these business needs into IT requirements. You'll be involved in all phases of the design, development and implementation of technology solutions throughout the business case and development life cycle process. To succeed in this Business System Analysts role, you will need to have robust business analysis and system analysis skills, combined with strong data interpretation capability alongside extensive stakeholder management ability. The ability to adhere to delivery governance, controls, methodologies and companies standards is essential. This includes but is not limited to: + Gather and analyse key business requirements to implement effective technology solutions to enable digital collaboration and communication across the organization regardless of where someone works + Work in partnership with the global team to ensure solutions adhere to global standards + Develops, writes, and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of Workplace technology solutions. + Performing system integration testing, coordinating user acceptance testing + Ensuring that new products/ projects are transitioned to sustainment successfully. + Conducts research and analysis on Digital Workplace trends and third Party products that may have business value to the company + Assisting with helping to embed solutions that are implemented by the team across KEU, including creation of materials and delivery of training and end user communication.
