HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING In your role as a European Senior Digital Workplace Manager, you will help Kellogg to continue to grow our business and build on our success by ensuring the delivery of consistent and high-quality Workplace initiatives at each location across Europe through: + Define European roadmaps for a Digital Workplace with a focus on a 2-5 year plan to increase Digital Fitness to support business growth, aligning with Kellogg Global IT. + Own the lifecycle of IT Workplace initiatives from inception and design, through to completion and transition into business as usual. Track and demonstrate progress at all stages. + Building and maintaining relationships across the global business and IT functions, to facilitate project delivery and business change. + Working with project managers and global technical delivery teams to ensure that all infrastructure requirements are factored into the evaluation, selection, installation and configuration of hardware, applications and software. + Support digital transformation across the European business by enabling users to grow their digital technology capability. + Work with key vendors to develop and strengthen partnerships to support business growth. + Ensure that Kellogg IT Change management practices are maintained and updated in accordance with global standards. Maintain a level of compliance appropriate to Kellogg. + Driving continuous improvement and improving customer satisfaction for IT Workplace services delivered to Europe. + Demonstrate to stakeholders that appropriate controls are in place and own/create actions plans to manage improvement or change these where necessary. To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following: Required: + IT leadership experience with 8+ years focused on IT Workplace specifically hardware choices, O365, technology roadmaps. + Previous experience of delivering large scale digital workplace improvements. + Proven experience of embedding Digital Workplace technologies including (but not limited to) Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, tool integration. + Proven experience of growing business and team engagement. + Experience of working within in a remote team including working with outsourced teams. + Experience of leading large-scale device replacement projects. + Demonstrable evidence of building, leading and inspiring teams. + Show evidence of excellent communication skills both written and verbal, particularly when engaging and dealing with customers and third parties. + You should demonstrate a genuine interest in people and be able to flex your communication style to suit both technical and non-technical audiences. + Establish an enthusiastic and creative approach to Digital Workplace development, with a natural ability to influence and engage others with involvement, action and responsibility. + A proven ability to work in a collaborative style, buil
