Job Description
BRC are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager for a supported living provider in Bristol. Responsibilities will include management and administration of a variety of office-related contracts and leases as well as the management of contracts for the provision of utilities, IT support, mobile and fixed line telephones, broadband lines and IT equipment for the whole of the organisation. You will be tasked with achieving best value for money, and overseeing administration of these contracts on a day to day basis. You will also have the responsibility for buildings repairs and maintenance (internal and external) at the organisation's offices and investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises, leases negotiations and set up of new premises.
