Job Description

A legal organisation in the centre of Bristol are currently seeking a Full Time, Permanent Facilities Assistant to support their Facilities Manager. This role will involve a mixture of admin, H&S and facility related duties. The successful individual will be responsible for helping in the operation of all activities relating to maintenance of the building, purchasing of materials, dealing with onsite contractors, booking maintenance with suppliers, conducting site inspections, admin support, gathering financial information to send to the relevant financial teams plus assisting the Facilities Manager with any ad hoc needs as they arise. To be considered for this role, you will have basic H&S knowledge, an understanding of basic property related matters such as computer room air conditioning, chillers, fire protection systems etc. You will be a good problem solver, have great communication skills and be happy to use a computer.
