FACILITIES MANAGER Public Sector Client Bristol Based 3 Month Contract Likely Extensions Inside IR35 Negotiable Rate Roles and Duties: Ensure delivery of facilities management service for both hard and soft FM Services Take the lead to integrate contractor delivery in Regional Centres with performance management Oversee day to day performance to ensure delivery of services to changing property portfolios Take the lead in delivering proactive supplier relationships management Provide a visable presence for customers to encourage communications Ensure provision of high quality communications both onsite and wider Estate operations teams Experience and Skills Required: Public sector experience would be helpful Experience conducting above tasks for the last 3 years Clear communication skills Experience within facilities management / contract management functions Contract / supplier management experience Clear demonstration of FM skills IWFM Level Certificate 4 is mandatory If you are suitable and interested, please send your CV to Georgie at Certes Certes Computing (and all of its subsidiary companies) is committed to promoting equality and diversity in its business operations.
