Job Title Regional Facilities Manager Job Description Summary Job Description Rgeional Facilities Manager Location: Bristol, South West Are you a Facilities Manager looking for more responsibility and the chance to work across multiple sites and multiple clients? We have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to come and support our teams and clients across the South West, our clients locations range from Gloucestershire to Taunton. The ideal candidate will be someone who resides in this area and is happy to travel between these locations. As the Regional Facilities Manager you will support the delivery, on multi-site, multi-client portfolios, you will have the opportunity to support clients within Office, Commercial and Industrial industries. You will have previous management experience as you will support with the development of 5 direct reports across the South West. This role will see you managing varying clients across different locations you will carry out site visits and inspections, you will drive the overall standards of the contract and attend regular meetings with your client, tenants and contractors, ensuring we develop and improve our Facilities Management services delivery. Maintain and operate Maximo FM Systems. As well as managing the day to day contracts you will also be instrumental in developing the contracts and promote additional services to support the sales for other service lines within Cushman & Wakefield. We are looking for someone who can build relationships quickly and has strong commercial awareness, cost control, variance and forecasting reporting experience is key. You will have strong IT skills inc. Word, Excel, and web use to a minimum of intermediate level. You will also hold a full valid UK driving licence and it would be advantageous if you held an FM qualification. It would also be advantageous if you held or were working towards either a H&S or IOSH qualification. Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
