We have helped to optimize marketing copy for some of the world's most recognized brands, including eBay, Groupon, and Virgin - plus many more, from Australia to America, in over 20 languages, from English to Japanese. Our natural language generation system can write marketing copy that sounds human - and fits each brand's unique voice. Our deep learning engine can predict what language will and won't work with greater accuracy than any human. Our growth plans are fast and global and we want YOU to be a part of it. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial sales 'farmer' who thrives in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated with a strong track record in digital marketing SaaS and a good understanding of digital marketing principles. As a Commercial Account Director, you will * generate business expansion opportunities, within current accounts; * accurately define customer requirements pre-sale, and work with delivery team to manage the customer onboarding/growth process; * provide a realistic forecast of business opportunities within your customer portfolio; * most importantly - close deals! You are * experienced with B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a digital marketing environment; * endowed with a great sense of humour and ready to collaborate with teammates; * comfortable managing commercial targets and pipeline; * entrepreneurial by nature and full of initiative, you can motivate yourself and work independently; * a true "farmer", you thrive on building strong lasting relationships, and growing value within an account. You have * 4+ years' experience selling digital marketing tech to large brands; * personal track record of success in software sales and experience in consultative selling processes such as Challenger and MEDDIC; * recent demonstrable experience managing expansion in a book of enterprise customers, with large deal sizes & long sales cycles; * a proven hunger for sales and building strong customer relationships; * demonstrable experience of managing multiple stake holders within a structured sales process; * strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and marketing principles; * bonus, if you have knowledge of email marketing; * strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit - Phrasee is growing quickly and the team is split across North America and the UK, meaning each employee will be given significant responsibility and autonomy.
