Job Description

Occupational Health Department Band 5 Occupational Health Nurse (22.5 hours per week) The Occupational Health Department is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic nurse to join our well-equipped, busy, progressive, nurse-led department. The post holder will report directly to the Occupational Health Team Manager. Duties would cover the full range of OH activities to include pre-employment screening, health surveillance, health supervision, vaccination programmes, involvement with income generation activities, Health & Wellbeing and assisting in health at work projects. The post holder will be RGN qualified. Excellent communication/inter-personal skills are essential and the ability to work well within a team or on their own. There will be a thorough induction programme within the Occupational Health environment and any training appropriate to the role will be offered.
