Job Description

We are seeking a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to join the Homeless Occupational Therapy Team at Homeless and Asylum Health Services. The preferred candidate will be required to deliver an assertive outreach approach and have an interest in working with individuals across care groups and with co-morbidities. You will work closely with a range of other professionals as part of an Occupational Therapy Team. You will be responsible for a caseload and will carry out individual or group work as appropriate and have a main role of assessing functional ability to inform support and accommodation needs for move on for homelessness. You will have line management and professional support and support practice education and the supervision of junior staff. It is essential you have a current driving license for this community post.
