Job Description
Our client, an internationally Renowned Advisory firm, are looking to hire a specialist in Forensic Accountant and Investigator, to specialise on commercial dispute work. This is a wonderful opportunity to advance a career in Forensic Accounting, Dispute Resolution, Litigation Support, Due Diligence and Investigation with a leading advisory organisation, specialist consultancy. Key Responsibilities- The role involves leading investigations within dispute resolution, litigation support, asset tracing and due diligence for commercial clients across a range of industries. The successful applicant will be working alongside, legal professionals and advising clients to improve operational efficiency, implementing controls to reduce risk of disputes and leading investigations when disputes arise. The successful applicant will drive projects to completion on deadline and to a high standard of quality. As well as taking a hands on approach, leading by example, team leadership, management, including coaching and mentoring of junior team members is also required. Skills, Experience Required- Forensic accounting experience with a leading advisory firms, specifically on commercial due diligence, dispute resolution and litigation support assignments A professional accounting qualification, such as ACA or ACCA would be highly desirable Experience in leading investigations, including asset tracing internationally, cross-border Track record in leadership; allocating internal colleagues, resources, working alongside 3rd party professionals such as lawyers on investigation projects Preparation of forensic reports including review, analysis and verification of evidence Liaising with regulatory enforcers, clients, in-house counsel, external legal teams, witnesses, relevant law enforcement bodies Working in multidisciplinary teams Risk management, working with clients to implement controls to prevent disputes and improve efficiency of commercial due diligence Track record in developing and maintaining client relationships, sales and business development Loop Resourcing Solutions LTD. and our client are equal opportunities employers.
