Clinical Pathway Lead for Circle Integrate Care/Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner - Exciting opportunity to work within the senior management team. Circle Integrated Care is looking for an enthusiastic clinical pathway lead/advanced physiotherapy practitioner to become part of the MSK team's senior management team across the service. The role will include working in a clinical MSK setting and leading a team of APPs and physiotherapists, clinical coordinators to deliver excellent care for MSK patients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic Integrated Care Service with a full musculoskeletal multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will be expected to provide clinical expertise, leadership and collaborate with all other clinicians working alongside them, becoming part of an MDT approach to enhance patient care in a musculoskeletal setting. The post would suit an experienced advanced practice physiotherapist looking to expand on their clinical skills and working within GP settings. This would suit an experienced band/8a equivalent. Mentorship would be provided by experienced APP'. Travel between Our main sites and other services would be expected. Role & Responsibilities: The clinical lead APP role is a key within Circle Integrated Care services in Hampshire To be the clinical pathway lead representing Circle Integrated Care in all areas of the MSK services which include Bedford, Greenwich, Hampshire and Rushcliffe areas, overseeing the clinical quality of the service which involves regularly oversight and accountability for service improvements and audits. To complete FCP/APP clinics within the base of working. There will be a 0.5 clinical to 0.5 managerial split.
