This is a perfect step for those who want to embrace a sales career. Our Sales Development Representatives (SDR) at Bazaarvoice are the engine that helps to drive the business forward. Each team member is highly skilled in unearthing new business opportunities to deploy Bazaarvoice solutions for new clients. The way in which this is achieved is by building solid and trusted relationships with senior personnel within target organisations. The methods behind this vary from contact over the phone, email, events, acting on marketing campaigns and generally keeping abreast of all things social within current and target organisations. In your first 90 days, you will learn about Bazaarvoice inside out, as well as learning proven sales methodologies that will equip you well in the role. Future projection in development and progression of this role based on successes and achievements will lead to you becoming an Inside Sales Rep and then into an Account Executive. You'll be working proactively within your own territory where persistence and attention to detail are vital in developing the pipeline of opportunities needed for Bazaarvoice to continue to succeed and grow. Responsibilities: Pipeline generation Demonstrate value proposition of our products and services to key industry prospects Qualify and booked appointments with key decision makers within target accounts for the Account Executive team Champion key industry events and help manage the pre, during, and post event process in collaboration with Marketing Be creative and find ways we can target our prospects to get their attention Working with industry leading partners to drive mutual benefit and lead generation Embrace our values: Passion, innovation, authenticity, generosity, respect, teamwork, and performance Summary: This is an exciting opportunity that offers a variety of challenges with huge scope for progression and countless incentives.
