Job Description
Our client, a global real estate business are looking for a finance project manager to join a an industry leading transformation programme. This role will be touching upon a number of different areas of the business and will be delivering projects across systems, people and processes. To be considered for this role you must have: * Extensive experience of leading multiple different projects concurrently in a matrix organisation. * Ability to work autonomously and manage effectively up and down, pushing back and challenging the status quo. * Strong technical finance understanding as there will be a need to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex financial information and transactions and accounting principles. * Subsequently needed is an accountancy qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA (or equivalent). * Deep project management understanding, ideally PRINCE 2 (or equivalent) qualified. * Real Estate experience is highly desried.
