Job Title: Finance Assistant Job Description: Finance Assistant, London Overview: Established in 2010, Aramco Trading (ATC) is now the lead premier trading company in the Middle East. We have recently opened Aramco Trading Limited in London. We are seeking a recently qualified accountant to join our newly established team. The successful candidate will possess the following skills: * Communications - must have strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. * Teamwork - aligns actions to promote achievement of team goals, influences others' activities toward group goals, inspires self-confidence in others, places high priority on team performance, helps others be successful, resolves conflicts and removes obstacles * Collaborative - works well with multiple groups including other business units to capture the best value * Attentive to detail - thorough in completing work tasks, quality reviews, uses time efficiently, highly numerate and disciplined, organized and comfortable working to deadlines * Ethical and honest, high integrity and trustworthy Duties & Responsibilities: Manage short term cash, minimize ATC's exposure and maximize investment returns Estimate cash needs, calculate net cash position, analyze bank statements and investing/borrowing activity Extract financial data for reconciliation purposes Forecast cash requirement, obligation, payments and receipts Maintain Letter of Credits and report their availability to all concerned parties Recommend process improvement of banking and cash management methods in order to increase operational efficiency Generate and mentor cash position report, cash forecast report and letter of credit report Execute payments to suppliers and vendors. Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Treasurer Experience & Education: * 1 year of Finance experience preferred * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance Accounting or related field Estimated salary is between 20-35,000 per annum.
