The challenge We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our EMEA Senior Director, Digital Media Marketing. What you'll do * Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation and arranging hotels and meeting rooms. * Submit expenses and ensure these are taken care of systematically, each month. * Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining agreement of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and make adjustments to plans. * Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. * Conserve executive's time through understanding and routing correspondence, drafting emails & documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications. * Maintain executive's calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences, and travel. * Frequent collaboration with other EAs and teams across EMEA and US. * Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries. * Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. * Place orders for supplies including IT equipment, verifying receipt of supplies. * Maintain professional and technical knowledge and establishes personal networks. * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. What you need to succeed * Extensive experience is a similar role supporting a pan EMEA leader within an international, dynamic environment. * Evidence of cross regional collaboration and stakeholder relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Exceptional scheduling abilities and advanced use of Microsoft Office tools. * Excellent planning and organisational capabilities with a keen eye for the details. * Time Management planning and organization. * A naturally collaborative team player that is proactive and solution minded. * Occasional travel will be required At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
