Even though we can't use every marketing channel, we can deliver award winning marketing through data driven consumer insight, that will transform the nicotine category. We are looking for a Trade Administrative Assistant, who possesses a strong consumer understanding, an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do proactive approach, able to adapt to changing business and category needs. PURPOSE STATEMENT: To provide finance-administrative support to Trade Marketing and Distribution (TM&D) department through: * Full coordination of TM&D budget planning and tracking * Contract management * Administrative support for the department KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Budget * Coordination of budget planning process for TM&D: template preparation, coordination, checking and consolidation, basic understanding of business content behind budget lines * TM&D actual spend analysis, comparison vs plan, divergence explanation * Accruals, commitments-monitoring by departments and projects * Executing necessary budget manipulations in BAT systems (SAP, NEO, SRM etc.) In-Trade stock management * Coordination of free of charge (FOC) product moving in-field Compilation of report for written off product from SAP, discarding analysis * Free product delivery forecasting Contract management * Supporting the contract management of Field / Trade toolkit resourcesFull coordination of contract signings for Central office TM&D team, e.g. service contracts, creating vendors, raising Purchase Orders, managing invoices & payments for the services provided Administrative support * Provides support to Head of Trade in organization of events, meetings and ad-hoc activities * Provides support to Trade LT in submitting their expense reports Collaboration with other departments/contacts * Liaising with Marketing Finance * Answers on Central functions questions/requests * Contact with suppliers and others in relation to payments and contract management, as well as organizational tasks Knowledge, Skills & Experience * Higher education (economic, finance, accounting preferred) * Experienced PC user, Advanced MS Excel user * Strong analytical skills * Understanding of Business principles and basic elements of Marketing * Self-organized, ability to work with minimal control level * Precision and accuracy in work * Good communication and influencing skills British American Tobacco is one of the world's leading multinational companies, with brands sold in over 200 markets, made in 44 factories in 42 countries.
