This role sits within the Marketing Operations team (made up of Integrated Producers and Resource Managers). Focused on Trade delivery, this role will also have a dotted line into the Senior Trade Manager, sitting within Marketing. Trade Delivery Manager The Role: You will be responsible for the delivery of our always on trading activity, working with teams across the business including content management, retail and trading, as well as teams within BX such as marketing, content and design. Additional projects within your remit may also include delivery of paid social assets, affiliate banners, promotional assets for larger trading moments as well as coordinating requirements for multivariate testing and geo-targeted content. You must have exceptional attention to detail, experience in delivering a high volume of projects at one time and be able to work to a rigorous process. We're looking for someone who is competent at managing very quick updates and changes, can communicate well with a broad range of stakeholders, has strong stakeholder management skills and someone who is passionate about being closer to the retail and trading elements of the role, vs an individual who is looking to deliver brand, creative campaigns. There is little creative involved within this trade delivery role. Responsibilities: What you'll be doing day-to-day... * Daily coordination and delivery of multi channel promotional content, published on line, on social, through CRM, push, affiliates and paid media. You'll work with retail, content, design, content management, marketing, INT editors and 3rd party translation systems, social and CRM teams to do this * Multi device testing and checking of digital content , including supporting out of office hour refreshes of content where required. You will be encouraged to take flexible working to accommodate this * Supporting the trade marketing team in coordination of retail and promotional information and be the key point of contact that connects all of the different departments (working with the Trade Marketing team) * Working with the studio teams and Resource Manager to get an understanding of how much resource is required for certain tasks/ to deliver different project types, and to ensure that all deadlines are met * Creating project plans for short and medium lead projects using best practice processes, tools and resource information (across the immediate and wider teams including the creative, content, production, fashion etc) to manage projects and expectations based on available resource * Communicating plans to appropriate teams clearly and effectively * Troubleshooting your project related issues, escalating when required but always aiming to provide solutions and suggestions to resolve * Inputting into discussions and guidelines to constantly improve planning, processes and procedures required to deliver trade activity and make recommendations to the team, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level. This is required at every level of the team, and input into the Senior and Lead IPs will help provide a rounded view of what improvements we should make * You'll be responsible for managing projects and activity with completed supporting project documents, e.g. project delivery plans, RACIs, timelines existing project documentation * Using our internal project management and resourcing tool Workfront to
