Job Description

Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator Role Description: DETAILS/ ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Marketing and Strategy * Creation and development of new sales and marketing materials in accordance with set sales strategies and as requested by management * Continuously update and refresh materials as required * Keep main website contents fresh and updated using Contents Management System (CMS System) (including product data, news and distributor contact details) * Carry out new duties requested by SM/GM related to marketing items. * Advertising, Brochures and PR/ Social Media marketing * Find and create social media content for MHIAE's social media channels and work closely with appointed agency (including synchronisation with website(s) and events schedule) * Creation of news stories to enhance and maximise MHIAE's marketing exposure including utilisation of an external PR agent if required * Develop brochures for strategic products. * Manage new development of materials as and when required. * Liaise and manage process with external agencies when required. * Share advertisement and materials including social media content with all MHIAE distributors to promote MHI's air conditioning brand and products efficiently to improve MHIAE's presence within the European market * Communicate with MHIAE European distributor network if and when required * Plan and manage media buying schedule integrating with publications schedule for possible PR opportunity if required * Negotiate rates with various publications and work within agreed MHIAE budget. * Continuously liaise with SM/GM for approval on orders. * Carry out new duties requested by SM/ GM related to marketing activities * Events (CPDs, Networking events, Distributor meetings and Exhibition) * Help to arrange CPD's as per the requirements of both the distributor sales team and the direct heat pump sales team * Arrange networking sessions as per the requirements of both the distributor sales team and the direct heat pump sales team * Utilise available resources to help plan and manage MHIAE's annual distributor conference * Work with MHIAE management and team members in assisting with planned exhibitions. * Support sales teams with customer data management systems as and when required * General * Control of the annual marketing budget. * Handle incoming enquiries from various sources including website(s). * Collection of necessary data from distributors as well as other external customers. * Organisation of applications and documentation approval. * Keep file and record of all materials and data. * Carry out any other duties requested by SM/GM. * Assist other office divisions * Liaise with sales members of MHIAE to maximise sales and progress target 1 to 4. * Liaise with technical division for Pre-sale/after-sale issues. * Liaise with Corporate Division for payment & commercial conditions and legal matter. Personal specifications/attributes: * Previous experience in a sales and marketing assistant, desired. * Motivated and organised with an ability to 'hit the ground running'. * Responsible for maintaining different projects concurrently and meeting deadlines . * Team player. *
