About the job The Sales Excellence team supports the wider Revenue Team to outperform key growth objectives by leveraging strategic, cross-functional initiatives. It takes into account how quickly deals are closed, how many deals are won, a seller's comfort with all of the tools at their disposal, an organization's ability to support sellers, and much more. These initiatives are key inputs of our revenue engine: our training, tools, enablement, and culture. Together, these factors create an environment that builds and supports high-performing sellers, thus delivering sales excellence. Trials enable buyers to get an understanding of how GWI will help them achieve their goals and are a key sales accelerator. As a Trials Executive you will be responsible for: * End-to-end management of trials globally to which you are assigned. Ensuring high client satisfaction across these trials. * Helping trial users realize their goals using GWI data and platform as effectively and efficiently as possible * Interpreting, understanding, and identifying key behavioural trends in usage data and analytics to help identify key touchpoints and indicators that demonstrate successful outcomes for trial users * Understanding how our product & data works and translating this into clear and concise messaging for users and clients * Working closely with the Account Executives during the trial life cycle to ensure a smooth experience for the client. Constant communication with AE's to make sure all areas of the opportunity are explored. * Reporting on trial success, both internally and externally to clients as leverage to aid the buying process for the Revenue Team About you First things first, as a disruptor in the global market research industry, we haven't come this far without entrepreneurial spirit and a get-up-and-go attitude. The essentials: * Demonstrable experience and accomplishment in a Customer Success/Account Management capacity, especially managing product trials of varying sizes * Demonstrable experience in utilising usage data & analytics to identify and interpret trends, aligning key business objectives with these trends and plan strategies on how to drive better adoption and conversion from trials * Able to effectively collaborate with different teams and the ability to interpret numerical data * Highly motivated, organised with high attention to detail * Customer first mindset with a passion for helping others * Problem solver and active listener who revels in finding solutions to help clients succeed * Good knowledge of MS Office suite, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Access * Good verbal communication skills and the ability to write clearly and succinctly Nice to have: * Experience working with market research/audience profiling data * Understanding of on-boarding/user experience methodologies About the benefits Great benefits make a big difference.
