Job Description

The Oncology and Haematolgy Clinical Trials team at Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to help manage, develop, organise and maintain the Oncology Pharmacy Clinical Trials Portfolio . This role is a full time position accountable to the Lead Pharmacist. The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and have demonstrable experience in a hospital pharmacy department post qualification, providing a chemotherapy aseptic and dispensing service. They will be an exceptional communicator, show effective leadership skills and be confident in managing a demanding and varied workload. They will be able to build excellent working relationships across networks and with a range of stakeholders. The post holder will be responsible for the negotiation of fees for pharmacy clinical trial services with both commercial and non-commercial organisations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading researchers in a diverse and innovative area and be a key part of an extremely committed, highly motivated and busy trials team.
