Senior CRA – Freelance or Permanent – Medical Device Trials Medical Device trails and very specialist and are different to pharmaceutical drug trials and come with often smaller patient groups and require less frequent monitoring visits. Working in Med Dev trials as a CRA often includes additional responsibilities to CRA in drug trials and gives you the opportunity to learn additional skills such as helping to prepare ethics submissions for trials across Europe. Having the opportunity to prepare and organise trial documentation required for sites and to conduct training of all onsite staff who will be involved in the trial. Of course, monitoring the trials and closing out the centres after the trails is also an important part of the role and as this is a Senior position getting involved with coordinating and monitoring the activities of the more junior CRA’s is also an additional responsibility. The client I am partnering with for this exciting and interesting position are open to considering applications from professional on a Freelance or Permanent basis who have at least three years’ experience as a CRA and have monitored on Medical Device trials. Experience working on International trials is a real benefit and involvement in a CRO is vital. In return my client is offering a generous salary package or day rate, homebased working with occasional international trips, and the opportunity for progression in a growing organisation who specialise purely in Medical Devices.
