Duties & Responsibilities: As a sales professional, you are expected to take ownership for; Positioning the full Software solution portfolio Developing and managing a sales pipeline Securing net-new business and driving revenue growth from within the existing customer base. Achieve an annual sales target by converting as many opportunities into won business as possible. Engage with the appropriate internal resources to help manage the initial phases of post-sales support and ensure the implementation is set up accordingly. Skills & Experience: Experience of selling complex software solutions into multiple vertical markets Excellent track record of success in an individual contributor net new business role Experience of selling either customer experience, contact centre, CRM, digital transformation or similar sort of technology stack Experience of being part of numerous complex and consultative sales engagements Experience of working alongside or through partner organisations. Ability to influence indirectly through this partner community as well as directly with the customer and prospect base.
