Job Title: New Build Mortgage Broker Location: North East London, South Woodford and Loughton Bryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref: J844138NBMC Remuneration: Basic to 25,000 plus car or allowance, all IT equipment, OTE 45k - 60k Overview: An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Broker to join a well-known chain of estate agents in their New Build department in the North East London area, from South Woodford, Loughton to the South London area including Sutton and Croydon areas. You will receive 4-6 mortgage leads per week and you will also be required to contact the existing new build sites to generate additional leads. Main Duties: Working from home you will work closely with the experienced sales manager and the dedicated lead generation team, dealing with the 4-6 new enquiries per week, as well as generating own leads from contacting various New Build Sites in the North East and Soutrh East London areas, including South Woodford, Loughton, Romford, Sutton, Croydon, Bromley, offering the buyers advice and guidance on Mortgages and Protection business. You will be required to offer the new client's advice on Mortgages and Protection business, ensuring that the client refers a first-class service. You will also be required to spend time with the new build sales people, making sure that the relationship remains strong with the introducer. Key Skills: Applications will only be considered from fully qualified Mortgage Brokers or Mortgage Advisers who possess a good track record of offering Mortgage and Protection advice.
