Sales Team Leader

Job Description
Our client is a global company focusing on financial services within the luxury retail industry and are looking for a dynamic individual to join their sales team in based in central London. The holder of this position is responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, proactively driving performance of the company's financial services by managing, improving and expanding the assigned account portfolio in London and assigned areas throughout the UK. Main Responsibilities * Relationship with customers and partners, as well as main stakeholders. * Provide leadership and direction with clear communication to the field sales team * Achievement of Budget targets * Analysis of results vs objectives, understanding reason for deviation and initiation of corrective actions when needed * Ensure CRM, Microstrategy and all sales tools are properly used * Evaluate, grow, train and improve the field sales team * Delivery of KPIs and budgeted revenue targets at store level * Report to the Company all significant competitor activities and market trends * Accurate use of CRM (Salesforce) to plan, record and report account specific activity Requirements * Full UK driving License * Experience managing a team, ideally in retail or financial services * Strong interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills * Driven and enthusiastic individuals, who can use their own initiative * The skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships with an ability to grasp customer's current and potential needs * Good use of time management skills, can demonstrate ability to prioritize * Results-orientated with a proven track record of achieving targets * PC Literate.
